Richie and his crew of masterful technicians restored my flooring to to showroom condition. They met us at the tile showroom, helped us select the flooring that best suited our home and took care of the rest. Pick up, delivery, supplies, everything and anything that was required they handled it. We had a huge job the entire downstairs was redone in a mud base and ceramic plank style tile. Upon completion ofb the mud floor being laid and the crew was backing out the front door, my golden retriever ran through the mud and to say the least caused a huge problem. Richie, without a negative word or comment came back in and repaired the entire surface. point here, they are professional, curteous and they provide service with a smile no matter the circumstance. I had a three year old floor that had cracked grout and wobbly tiles, which was installed by another contractor. I called Don Liotine and he came over right away to look at my floor. The subfloor needed reinforcement and the three year old floor had to be removed. Don's amazing crew was able to remove the old floor without removing the kitchen cabinets! The best part was that Richie, a seasoned installer was here every step of the way planning how to level the floor and supervising every aspect of the installation from the removal of the 9000 pounds of old tile to the seemless placement of the new tile!
